Refugee Supportive Assistance:
Ontario County Supportive Services, Understands the need for support, advocating, safety and aid. Ontario County Supportive Services will assist refugee Sponsored families and refugees by advocating for services while assisting families in filling out paperwork, obtaining medical treatment, social services support, and funding support for both the family sponsoring a refugee family and or a refugee family receiving sponsorship in Ontario county region. Ontario County Supportive has your back and will always find a way to advocate, support, and promote greater independence while enhancing one's individuality and freedom.

in this service we are here for you to talk to us if you need to let some steam off, if you are stressed and or need immediate emergency services, Ontario county Supportive Services has your back. we can connect you to the community, based on the goals you set to achieve if you are looking to further your independence, social, and education while enhancing your ability to accept new challenges when on your journey to recovery. we promise we will be there for you every step of the way while, addressing the underlying fears, concerns, and questions that you need support and answer to.
Housing and renters assistance program:

In this service, Ontario County Supportive Services is committed to connecting you to community resources that can directly address your immediate housing/renting assistance concerns and questions. We can provide aid and support to our consumers by helping fill out applications, maintaining effective and clear communication on the consumer's behalf, and referring clients to other related services that he or she is looking for.

Are you feeling stressed or depressed, over your head, do you need help filling out applications for medicare and or medicare, or social Security benefits, OCSS can make an ISP (Indedivualized Special Plain) with you upon admission, and as you tackle your goals and objectives with the services we've connected you with through the community. we will be there every step of the way to advocate, support, maintain follow-ups, and communicate on your behalf with other service providers based on your immediate and long-term needs. Ontario County Supportive Services has you back, your not alone in this.

Who We Are
Ontario County Supportive Services is an agency, that can support consumers in their communities, and internationally with referrals, advocating, and person-centered support, while promoting and enhancing one's independence and individuality. Ontario County Supportive Services will never turn anyone away, we believe in active listening while providing positive feedback and reinforcement prevention and intervention strategies.

Ontario County Supportive Services was established in early 2022, to combat the need for refugee services within Ontario count NY . Ontario county Supportive Services (OCSS) is the first Agency within Ontario county to be established, while offering International emergency temporary financial assistance, and referral supportive community services in Ontario County and Internationally.
